Crystal D. Waye
Ms. Crystal D. Waye serves as an Instructional Designer for the Office of Academic Technology at Piedmont Universtiy. She began her journey in education in 2012 as an instructor for Business Management. Later becoming the Program Director of the Human Resource Management Degree at Columbus Technical College. In 2015, she received the opportunity to reshape lives as a mentor stepping into the role of advisor for the Phi Beta Lambda collegiate team of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). She is a 2008 graduate of Columbus State University and a 2010 graduate of Troy State University earning a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) and Master of Business Administration, respectively.
Ms. Waye volunteers on numerous committees and boards throughout the city of Columbus to include: United Way, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), FBLA, DECA, Habitat for Humanity and Georgia Department of Education Business Advisory Committee. As a servant mentor, she is the founder of Infinite Beesness and The DaniLove Project. She believes all youth should be afforded the educational opportunity to do more and to do better. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. she serves on committees centered on the personal and educational development of adolescents and young adults. When she’s not being the mother of two, Erykah and Snowflake, she enjoys hiking, traveling and reading.
