Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
She has over 14 years of service with the Columbus Police Dept. where she has had the opportunity to work in patrol services, support services, and special ops. She currently holds the position of Sergeant over the Crime Prevention/Community Relations Unit.
Sergeant Florence is a State of GA D.A.R.E. Mentor. As an instructor on D.A.R.E. State of GA Training Staff, she certifies law enforcement officers throughout the United States to teach the D.A.R.E. Program.
She is the coordinator for all the neighborhood watch programs in Columbus, GA.
She is the coordinator for Columbus Against Drugs Inc.,
Ezekiel Byrd, Jr.
Ezekiel Byrd, Jr. is a Sergeant with the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Department. He has over 20 years service works with the department’s community outreach services. Sgt Byrd has engaged with numerous programs such as the Junior Marshall program.
