Belinda Klein

Director of Medical Imagery and Executive Director

Belinda Klein has been employed since 2007 at The Hughston Foundation in Columbus, GA. Ms. Klein’s degrees include an Associate of Applied Arts in Commercial Art from Casper College, a Bachelor of Science in Scientific Illustration from Arcadia University and a Master of Arts in Medical Illustration from UT Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. As the Director of Medical Imagery, Ms. Klein is the Art Director of the Hughston Health Alert, works closely with Editor, and the editorial board to plan, publish, and produce all artwork and layout of the patient-education newsletter. Project responsibilities include Illustrations, graphs, or photographs for requested journal articles, textbook manuscripts, poster presentations, and legal documents. Ms. Klein assists staff, physicians, fellows and residents with artwork and production of PowerPoint Presentations. Additionally, Ms. Klein photographs and assist with video production for surgical procedures and lab demonstrations. Multiple Independent awards received for illustrations and layout of Hughston publications.

Ms. Klein accepted the Executive Director position in 2014. Her responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, administrative and finance, and report to the board. Ms. Klein administers individual programs, events, fundraising efforts, and community outreach programs on behalf of the Hughston organization.
