Francine Foster - Moderator

Francine Foster is a business marketing strategist and podcast host based in Columbus, GA. Originally, from New York City, she has over 25 years experience in public affairs, corporate communications and broadcasting. She started her consulting firm, Intrinsic Value Consulting Group in 2012 after working with companies like Anthem Inc (BCBSGa), Davis Broadcasting (WFXE- Foxie 105), Waffle House, and Raycom Media (WTVM). She serves as a founding board member of the River Valley Black Chamber of Commerce and co-chairs the Women’s League committee. She is currently preparing to launch 2 new initiatives in 2022: Schoolin’ Life Academy, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to cultivate & mentor teens and recent HS grads in fundamentals of entrepreneurship and her lifestyle brand, @SoeFFinDope, which allows her the opportunity to host and make guest appearances on various podcasting platforms to discuss her various area of expertise.

Franki, as her friends call her, is a graduate of both, Columbus State University (BA, Communications/ Professional Writing) and the Terry School of Business Executive MBA program at the University of Georgia. She has received additional training through the Disney Leadership Academy and certified in Workforce Diversity Program Management and Work/Life skills coaching. In her spare time, she is also growing a loyal following as an avid TikTok creative content curator in her spare time (follow her @soeffindope). She is the proud mother of 1 adult daughter, Lydia Avaiya Foster and dogmom to her beloved chihuahua, Bella.

Salonick Amos

My name is Salonick Amos and I am a Region Manager for Waffle House Inc. I have been in restaurant operations with Waffle House for nearly 8 years now. As I navigate through my career, I have found that I enjoy teaching and developing people personally and professionally. In 2008 I was fortunate enough to recieve an athlete scholarship to attend Brevard College. In 2012 I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. My passion is to simply make a positive impact on as many people as I can.

Cyntoni Miller

Cyntoni Miller is the CEO and co-founder of Black On The Job, a fast-growing career-building organization for Black people.

Black On The Job is dedicated to the advancement of Black people in corporate America and all over the world. Founded in 2018, Cyntoni Miller has hosted 20+ workshops in person and helped 1,500+ Black businesses to scale to six figures.

Her mission of change and empowerment for Black communities has birthed several well-crafted career development services aimed at lifting Black people to meet and exceed middle-class status. She has contributed to the career growth of over 70,000 members with approximately $25M (and counting) in increased salaries globally, yet is undeterred and as motivated as ever.

Cyntoni resides in Phoenix, Arizona, and heads a globally diverse team bound under the same purpose. When she isn’t busy churning out helpful content for disadvantaged communities, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
